There is a modern bathroom, toilet, laundry, and separate shower.
The kitchen is fully self-contained with electric stove and microwave. There is a CD player and radio, also TV with video and DVD player. Doonas, blankets, pillows and electric blankets provided – need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Blackwood is between Bacchus Marsh and Kyneton, and near Daylesford and Castlemaine – Blackwood is in the Wombat State Forest.
“Wannawong” is situated within walking distance of the Blackwood Hotel, Lerdies Restaurant, General Store, Tea Rooms, Sports Ground, Mineral Springs and Lerderderg River. Also a short drive to the garden of St. Erth at Simmons Reef.
Blackwood is popular with bush walkers, trail bikes and four-wheel drive vehicles for its many bush tracks.
Blackwood is an old gold-mining town, where once a thriving community existed with 1,000’s of people searching for gold. Today it is a quiet holiday town where one can enjoy the bush and surrounding areas of the Lerderderg River. see http://www.blackwoodvictoria.com/history.php – for more information.
An old historical cemetery in Blackwood has many pioneers buried there – see – http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ausvsac/Blackwood.htm
